This Privacy Policy explains how AI SEO Agent Pro ("AI SEO Agent Pro", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use our cloud service at aiseoagent.pro and app.aiseoagent.pro. If you self-host AI SEO Agent Pro, your data stays entirely on your own infrastructure and this policy does not apply to that data.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email and authentication details.
• Google Search Console data: read-only performance data you authorize us to access — clicks, impressions, average position, and the search queries and pages for the Search Console properties you own. See section 3.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how you use the app, to operate and improve it.

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the service: to run content audits, analyze your pages, generate SEO recommendations and reports, and support your account. We never sell or rent your data, and we never use it for advertising.

3. Google user data & Search Console access

When you connect Google Search Console, AI SEO Agent Pro requests a single, read-only scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly.

• What we access: read-only Search Console performance data (clicks, impressions, average position, and the queries and pages) for properties you already own and have verified in Search Console, plus the list of those properties.
• What we never do: we never write to, modify or delete anything in your Search Console, and we never request access to your email, contacts, files, or any other Google data.
• How we use it: only to analyze your own pages and produce on-page SEO recommendations — such as page title and meta-description suggestions — which are displayed back to you inside AI SEO Agent Pro.
• How we store it: your OAuth authorization token is stored in our database, restricted to the systems that fetch your Search Console data on your behalf, and transmitted only over encrypted (TLS) connections. We do not use your Search Console data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
• How to revoke it: you can disconnect Google Search Console at any time from within AI SEO Agent Pro, and you can revoke AI SEO Agent Pro's access entirely at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Limited Use of Google user data

AI SEO Agent Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this policy, and we do not transfer or sell it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

5. Third-party processors

To deliver features we use trusted processors — for example, AI and SERP data providers used to generate recommendations. They process data only as needed to provide their function and are bound by their own terms. We do not share your raw Google Search Console data with these providers beyond what is required to produce your recommendations. When you self-host, you choose and control these providers yourself.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting Search Console removes AI SEO Agent Pro's stored authorization for that connection. You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us; we will remove your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
